KONČAR at the HYDRO conference in Portugal

HYDRO 2019, the largest international conference and exhibition in the hydropower sector, will take place in Porto from 14 to 16 October 2019.

This year’s conference is titled “Concept to Closure: Practical Steps” and it will gather experts from approximately 80 countries.

At the exhibition booth no. 60, KONČAR will present the latest solutions in the field of hydropower use.

Expert papers “Rotor static eccentricity detection by air-gap magnetic field analysis in rotating ac machines” by S. Tvorić from KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute, and “Integration of river basin control centres into AGC hierarchy” by K. Vrdoljak from KONČAR – Power Plant and Electric Traction Engineering will be presented as part of the conference and published in the conference proceedings.
