Rational energy consumption, application of eco-friendly technologies and materials suitable for recycling, use of energy generated exclusively from renewable energy sources, photovoltaic power plants installed on the roof tops of our manufacturing facilitates, raising sustainability awareness among our employees and suppliers - these are just some of our contributions to the green transition.

Revitalization of Vidraru hydropower plant in Romania
Adding to extensive portfolio of over 400 hydropower plants built and revitalized worldwide, KONČAR is proud to announce its participation in the revitalization of the Vidraru hydropower plant in Romania, with a capacity of 4 x 67.3 MVA. The total contract value exceeds EUR 188 million, with KONČAR's share close to EUR 80 million.
