EXPO 2020, held from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, is expected to attract around 25 million visitors, 70% international and 30% local. The EXPO is aimed at the business community, governmental and public institutions, individuals, and it boasts the participation of 192 countries. This is a unique platform where participants are able to show and share their story with a large number of virtual visitors as well, which is why EXPO 2020 is expected to reach more than 3 billion people. This represents a great opportunity for all participants that will be exhibiting, an opportunity also recognized by KONČAR.

The motto of EXPO 2020 is Connecting Minds, Creating the Future, and the pavilion for the Croatian exhibition is located in the Mobility District under the motto Croatia – Inspiring Great Minds. Croatia will present itself as a country of innovative projects, ideas, inventions and creative individuals who have become known worldwide for their desire for challenges and their openness to new ideas.

The Croatia’s National day at EXPO 2020 will be held on 6 March 2022 and the Middle East Energy Dubai exhibition will open the following day. This is the leading energy exhibition for the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, and KONČAR has traditionally participated in it for a number of years. KONČAR will thus use its exhibit space in the Middle East Energy exhibition from 7 to 9 March 2022 to present its flagship solutions, products and services.
