Upozorenje - lažna obavijest

Jučer poslijepodne skrenuta nam je pažnja da se na društvenoj mreži Facebook pojavila obavijest koja poziva investitore na kupnju dionica KONČARA uz napomenu da će u slučaju kupnje svaki Hrvat dobiti fiksna mjesečna primanja od 1.399,99 EUR ili više. Na istoj obavijesti je vidljiv logo trgovačkog društva KONČAR - Distributivni i specijalni transformatori d.d. za proizvodnju (KONČAR – D&ST), Ul. Josipa Mokrovića 8, 10000, Zagreb koje je dio Grupe KONČAR u kojem je matično društvo KONČAR d.d., Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb (dalje u tekstu: društvo KONČAR d.d.).

Gore navedena obavijest nije objavljena od strane društva KONČAR d.d. niti je na bilo koji način povezana s Grupom KONČAR.

Potvrđujemo da nikada nismo pozivali ulagače na opisani način te da KONČAR d.d. kao trgovačko društvo, čije su dionice listane na Zagrebačkoj burzi, posluje etično i transparentno te u skladu s pravnim regulativama, pozitivnim propisima i pravilima korporativnog upravljanja.

Ovime vas obavještavamo da ćemo poduzeti sva legalna sredstva da utvrdimo tko se javnosti obratio ovom internetskom prevarom, zloupotrebljujući podatke i ime KONČAR te ono najvažnije – da zaštitimo domaću javnost i spriječimo nastanak moguće štete.
