Following the opening remarks by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Croatia, Marko Primorac, and the presentation of the Annual Corporate Governance Report for 2024, awards were presented at the conference to issuers for the best compliance with the HANFA and Zagreb Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Code. The awards were given in the categories of companies listed on the Regular, Official, and Prime Markets, as well as to the company that achieved the greatest progress compared to the previous year.

We are proud to announce that KONČAR has once again been recognized by HANFA for excellence in corporate governance compliance, receiving the award for the third year in a row in the category of companies listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. 

"This recognition by the market regulator is the result of our continuous efforts to enhance high standards of corporate governance. We believe these standards are not merely a framework or legal obligation, but a way of conducting our business and building a foundation for sustainable and responsible growth," said Gordan Kolak, President of the Management Board of KONČAR, upon receiving the award.
