It is interesting to note that in addition to their daily operations, including the maintenance and marking of waterways, these multipurpose vessels will also collect bathymetric data for the purpose of preserving the marine environment and perform hydrographic measurements. The vessels will also be equipped for emergency rescue operations and interventions in case of possible oil spills or fires. During the winter season, they will be used to remove and break ice.

This is another in a series of successfully completed projects through which KONČAR confirms the quality of their generators and motors for shipbuilding, which has been recognized by renowned European customers.
