Following the Equal Pay Champion certificate awarded to KONČAR by SELECTIO earlier this year for fairness and transparency in pay systems, the Employer Partner certificate provides further confirmation of the KONČAR Group’s ongoing efforts to create a more prosperous and stimulating work environment.

The Employer Partner certificate was introduced in 2005 to recognize excellence in HR management. Its first implementation marked the beginning of HR professionalization and standardization in Croatia. The certification standards were developed through collaboration between SELECTIO experts, CEOs, and HR managers from leading companies. For two decades, this certificate has enabled organizations to benchmark HR practices against competitors and evaluate their own practices against market-leading standards. Quality standards are regularly revised to reflect market changes and emerging trends in HR management.
