The digital solutions segment represents one of the key strategic pillars of KONČAR Group’s development, aimed at enhancing competitiveness, accelerating innovation, and creating added value for customers in the energy, transport, and industrial sectors. Accordingly, digitalization is deeply embedded in the Group’s business strategy, with a strong focus on developing proprietary platforms, applications, and systems that support smart infrastructure, automation, and the energy transition.

Through a series of strategic acquisitions in engineering and digital solutions, KONČAR has secured new competencies and access to additional markets, resulting in significant organic and inorganic growth. In the digital segment alone, three major acquisitions have been completed in the past 18 months, significantly reinforcing this business area. By acquiring ADNET, KSI (now KONČAR – Systems Integration), and NEOS, KONČAR has expanded its capabilities in the development and implementation of network and computing systems, business applications, analytics solutions, and cloud-based platforms.

These acquisitions have enabled faster acquisition of specialized knowledge, expansion of the product and service portfolio, and increased capacity to deliver integrated digital solutions – from design and engineering to implementation and maintenance. With this, KONČAR reaffirms its ambition to not only lead in power engineering and urban mobility, but also to become a key driver of digital transformation across the region and beyond.
