A contract for a new transformer substation in Sweden

Yesterday, on March 10, 2025 we signed a SEK 202.5 million (approximately EUR 18.4 million) contract with Vattenfall Eldistribution AB Sweden for the turnkey construction of the PT 46 Munksund transformer substation.

The new 130 kV transformer substation will be connected to the existing transmission grid, significantly increasing the capacity of the local distribution network operated by Pite Energi.

With this contract, as our largest single contract in substation construction to date, we extend our long-standing presence in Sweden, where we have successfully delivered transformers and transformer substations.

The deal also confirms our reputation as an indispensable partner on the demanding European market and opens up additional opportunities for offering and contracting other products and solutions in the power industry segment.
