Over three days, the conference welcomed more than 4,000 attendees and over 100 speakers, including representatives of global technology companies such as Apple, Amazon and NVIDIA.

Artificial intelligence was one of the key topics of this year’s conference, with discussions exploring its growing impact on software development, business and engineering teams. Particular attention was given to the transition from AI as a supporting tool towards AI agents capable of independently handling increasingly complex business and engineering tasks, as well as the changing roles of engineers and managers in an AI-driven environment.

KONČAR – Digital CEO Stjepan Sučić took part in the panel discussion“How Croatian Business Giants Are Shifting Croatia Forward Through Technology.” The discussion brought together technology executives from companies operating across different industries to explore how technology is reshaping business models, supporting global competitiveness and creating opportunities for sustainable growth. The panel also addressed talent, market expansion, partnerships and collaboration between established companies and startups.

During the discussion, Stjepan Sučić highlighted the importance of viewing AI as a valuable tool that can support different areas of industry, from research to implementation. At the same time, he emphasized that people remain the most important part of this process.
