For 70 years, we have been providing a complementary set of products and services in the power transmission and distribution value chain. Our turnkey projects include building new, digital, and green transformer substations and reconstruction, expansion, and modernization of existing facilities with voltage levels ranging from 110 kV to 420 kV.
In the distribution segment, we specialize in building digital compact substations designed for a range of applications, operating at voltage levels from 6.3 kV to 40.5 kV, equipped with our proprietary products and solutions.

Transmission substations
We design, produce, and commission key infrastructure in the power grid, which includes equipment for monitoring, protection, and control of transformer substations. Our turnkey projects are executed as greenfield investments, revitalization, or expansions of existing stations.
Distribution substations
Voltage regulation points that deliver power from transmission systems to residential and industrial consumers. We manufacture two versions of distribution substations - for outdoor and indoor installation. Our partners can rely on our comprehensive solutions that include equipment delivery, assembly, testing, and on-site commissioning.
Compact substations
Compact solutions are designed for e-mobility, data centres, renewable sources, and rural electrification. We deliver them on-site as comprehensive solutions, empowering customers to manage and maintain them easily in various municipal and industrial applications. The primary voltage levels of transformers in compact substation ranges from 6.3 to 40.5 kV.

Construction of the new Žerjavinec TS and complete reconstruction of Ernestinovo TS - Croatia
The construction of the new Žerjavinec TS and complete reconstruction of the war-damaged 400 kV Ernestinovo TS remain key national initiatives carried out since the establishment of the Republic of Croatia. The reconstruction of Ernestinovo TS created pre-conditions for the interconnection of the transmission grids across CSEE Europe.
We are proud to have served as the leading power engineering company in these projects, effectively executing the design, procurement, and the delivery of electrical equipment on schedule. The scope of work also encompassed the organization of assembly works and specialist testing during commissioning.
