For the fourteenth consecutive year, the ceremonial Zagreb Stock Exchange Awards were presented today, 15 December, in Zagreb. This year’s ceremony was particularly successful for KONČAR, reaffirming the outstanding achievements delivered throughout the year. KONČAR Inc. received the Golden Share of the Year Award, and KONČAR – Distribution and Special Transformers was awarded Silver Share of the Year. The capital market also recognised the excellent performance of the KONČAR Group: since the beginning of the year, the share price has increased by 48 percent, while market capitalisation has grown by EUR 580 million, currently totalling EUR 1.78 billion.

As the Group’s flagship company, KONČAR – Distribution and Special Transformers d.d. has been recording its best results to date over the past several years. Revenue and profit have grown significantly, the order book is fully booked for 2026, and orders are being secured for the years ahead. Since the beginning of the year, the price of the regular share has increased by 88 percent and currently stands at EUR 3,775. The award for KONČAR Inc. was accepted by Management Board Member Mario Radaković, while the award on behalf of KONČAR – Distribution and Special Transformers was accepted by Management Board President Vanja Burul.

These prestigious recognitions serve as a strong motivation to continue raising the bar and further enhance our performance in the period ahead.
