At the Economic Forum of the University of Zagreb, KONČAR was honored with the Academic Oscar for its outstanding contribution to the implementation of innovative projects in the fields of energy, digitalization, infrastructure, and urban mobility. Alongside KONČAR, the company DOK-ING received an award for generational progress and community contribution.

The award was accepted on behalf of KONČAR by Gordan Kolak, President of the Management Board, who also participated as a speaker in the panel discussion “Education, scientific research and partnership with business – The key to success.”

Additionally, KONČAR ranked among the top three companies in the competition for the AmCham Croatia & Kearney ESG Champion 2025 award, which recognizes companies leading in the implementation of environmental, social, and governance principles. KONČAR secured second place, and the award was accepted by Viktor Lučić, Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.

The ceremony took place during AmCham’s fourth conference “Business sustainability through ESG principles,” which presented the latest European regulatory frameworks and practices in sustainable business.
