Quality management
Our approach to quality is based on a simple principle: Meet all customer needs and exceed their expectations. One of the main criteria for assessing business success is customer satisfaction, and our main ally in reaching this goal is ISO 9001:2015 standard.
We prioritize quality control of input raw materials, components and manufacturing processes. All of our finished products and plants comply with the highest international quality standards.
Environmental protection
In our transformer development and manufacturing operations we are committed to the responsible use of natural resources in (materials, energy, water and aim to significantly curb adverse environmental impacts. We are working on minimizing waste, maximizing recycling, and ensuring proper waste disposal. We achieve our environmental protection policy and objectives by actively applying an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001:2015 standard.
OHS
Maintaining a high level of occupational health and safety is our ongoing duty. We implement the OHS management system designed to systematically identify occupational hazards, assess risk levels, and introduce measures to mitigate identified risks.

As signatories of the Croatian Chamber of Economy's Code of Ethics in Business, we pledge to operate in accordance with the principles of responsibility, honesty, efficiency, transparency, and quality. The Code also binds us to act in good faith and adhere to good business practices with our business partners, employees, and society as a whole.

1998 - Golden Marten plaque as the best medium-sized company in Zagreb. The award is presented by the Croatian Chamber of the Economy Zagreb.
1999 - Golden Marten award as the best large company up to 250 people. The accolade is awarded by the Croatian Chamber of the Economy for successful business performance and contribution to the Croatian economy.
