The Laboratory Centre of KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute was founded to meet the needs of the companies in the KONČAR Group and the Croatian economy in general, and in response to the requirements of the global market. Every day, businesses that offer their products on global markets are asked to organize their processes in accordance with international standards. During the production process, in order to avoid different administrative obstacles, the quality of the product must be demonstrated by testing it in accordance with the requirements of specific standards. The search for a modern and effective way for products and services to access the market led to the founding of the Laboratory Centre.
The Laboratory Centre consists of eight laboratories trained to carry out different testing and calibration methods in accordance with the requirements of international standards and technical specifications.
After 20 years of work in accordance with the requirements of international standards by individual laboratories, the Laboratory Centre of KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute now provides various product testing services in one place, which is known as the “one-stop testing” approach.
